Classic Q – Little Ukita
I’ve sat here for at least five/ten minutes trying to find a way to phrase the song ‘Another one bites the dust’ with purse dust-bags. I guess I’m not punny enough because i can’t get a handle on it. Yeah, see?! that’s terrible.
…let’s try this again shall we?
For my birthday I decided to treat myself to a new addition in my purse collection. I bought the Classic Q- Little Ukita from Marc by Marc Jacobs at Nordstrom. I’d had my eye on it for a while and really wanted another ‘daily’ handbag, something less business minded and more ‘laid back’; hence why I settled with this bag.
(Unfortunately it’s sold out now because i bought it all the way back in July 😂 😂 😂 that’s how good of a blogger i am.)
I considered getting the burgundy color first because it’s a great color but then I figured since this is my second Marc by Marc Jacobs handbag and my first one was burgundy, let’s spice things up. Nothing says spicy like the color black, LOL! #storyofmylife #epicfail
Anyways, it’s a Marc by Marc Jacobs- what’s there to say?
It’s a Classic… Q 😜 .
Agent Provocateur is the Rolls Royce of lingerie. The quality and fit of garments are impeccable. I absolutely adore their collections and I would wear sets every day if it weren’t for one thing… the price tag. As much as I like to pretend, I don’t have the wallet to be an everyday AP lady.
Sometimes a girl gets what she wishes for, and that for me is when AP has their sales. What? I can actually afford a pair of undies? AMAZE.
Currently their sale edit is up to 75% and these are a few of the items I’ve got my eyes on;
Ladies and gentlemen, get it while it’s hot 😉

I have a few items in my closet that either are very lightly used, or haven’t ever been worn. I finally did something about it and decided to put them on a resell website!
I’ve used the Poshmark website before to buy shoes and it was super easy and they came in great condition. I downloaded the app and started uploading a few items. It’s not much so I’ll add more as time goes on, I just didn’t have the motivation to do it all at once.
I haven’t gotten any comments or bids yet, but figured it can’t hurt to try. So if you want to snoop in my closet, go for it!
Those of you who know me, or have seen me out and about know i have an affection for heels. Not the run-of-the-mill black patent pumps kind either. Any pair of shoes that can give me a good bump in height has a special place in my heart. Gotta love those 90’s platforms, or those killer Jeffrey Campbells.
Now that Spring is here (technically), i decided to oust some of my ratchet heels from last year and invite a few new pairs into the cult in my closet. Mind you, all of these are relatively vanilla compared to what i normally wear.
Gotta have a pair of black sandals, there’s just no surviving without. I opted for a pair of beige ones as well.. not my favorite color but they blend well with a tan and some summery dresses.
Last but not least, i had to decide whether to indulge my inner Barbie Girl or go for a more “mature” color. I did the latter, *ahem still not so mature*. I think these will be my staples for the upcoming months.
The summer flew by in a flurry of madness, bikinis, sparkling water and a love gone wrong. The fall brought new excitement and near October i thought i had it all. November came and threw me off my game. It’s all a blur how we got here but in January, we both knew it was wrong. All the hope i thought i had found and captured, slipped through my fingers. I don’t know when exactly i lost it, i don’t know where it has gone. All i know is i tried to hold on.
The girls at work and I went to lunch, and after an hour of chatting and roughly 20 minutes of procrastinating going back to the office we decided it was perfect timing for a photo-shoot. Hence, Michael Kors in the loading dock was born.
